Forms can have conditional questions too. For example, an invitation might ask “Are you bringing a guest?”. If the answer is “Yes” then further questions can be asked (e.g. the guest’s name, whether the guest is vegetarian etc.). If the answer is “No”, then the form will not ask irrelevant questions.
